Senior Designer

Apps admin center2019 – 2023

  • Lead design for Apps Admin Center, the cloud-management platform for admins who deploy and manage Microsoft 365 Apps — owning IA, onboarding, and product direction (75,000+ tenants, 30M devices managed)
  • Designed Cloud Update, the channel-migration and update-management feature, with a rollback-by-channel pattern that gave admins confidence to move to monthly updates (3M devices migrated, 98% faster update speed)
  • Designed Intune integration, surfacing M365 Apps management inside admin's existing console (Intune manages 190M+ devices)

Commercial Copilot Growth2023 – Present

  • Lead designer on commercial trials for Microsoft 365 Copilot (~13% monthly increase in paid Copilot license assignments post-GA)
  • Lead design on various upsell scenarios (justify license request, limits, throttling)
  • Built internal AI design tooling for the team: Figma plugin for rapid asset creation, a web app for exploded-UI presentation screens, and code-based prototypes. Led workshops and 1:1 training that brought the design and research team to an AI native daily practice
